Teh-O Ping (Iced Tea)

Have it sweet, less sugar (siu-dai), very little sugar (siu-siu-dai), or no sugar(kosong) at all, it’s the go-to drink on a hot summer’s day in Singapore. Concocting the beverage that not only captures your ideal escape, but also the idea of a sweet icy chill to the palate on these sweltering days, every drop of condensation had to be hand-painted onto the cup of resin iced tea.
