Curry Puff

Old Chang Kee offers everything you could hope for in a classic Curry Puff—a tender & toothsome crumb, a moist interior with small air pockets throughout, a substantial crust, etc.

To recreate it, each puff was sculpted with a generous blend of resin clay, resin, resin dye and acrylic paint, topped with a dash of soft pastel chalk.
