Singapore’s Chilli Crab
Chilli Crab, the unofficial national dish of Singapore. Modelled after Jumbo Seafood’s rendition of the chilli crab, its sweet and savoury tomato resin gravy is richly layered with egg, doused over a plump and meaty botoxed crab. It is then garnished with contrasting green parsley and julienned chilli pepper, bringing out the vibrant orangey-red colour of the dish.
