Soft-Boiled Egg

Whether you’re making a traditional eggs Benedict, or plotting something to place onto huevos rancheros, perfectly soft-boiling an egg can seem like a pretty daunting task, realistically speaking. Similarly, modeling it and keeping a coherent shape without over-doing the yolk inside requires a bit of finesse, but it’s actually pretty simple once you know the trick.
